Scope of works
- Total strip out back to shell
- Roof structure removed and replaced; all internal floors removed and replaced
- Basement reduced by over 2 metres, with underpinning and tanking
- 100 linear metres of retaining structures to neighbouring properties
- Temporary propping of a two-storey sandstone bay
The completed apartments were sold with a 10-year warranty equivalent to new-build standards — a dilapidated building returned to use as six high-specification homes.
